Eli and Family

Here is part two of little Eli. In this session we focused more on the whole family.

Little Eli

As you may have seen in our teaser, this cute little guy was only eight days old when we did his newborn shoot. He's a tiny one, but he's also very active and alert for his age. In fact, he was a little too alert and we had a hard time trying to get sleeping pictures! After some prolonged snuggles with mom in a super warm blanket he finally nodded off for us though, but with such handsome eyes I guess it would be a shame to keep them shut for too long.

Eli's mamma had the CUTEST props for us.

Eli's daddy is a Marine.

Preston

After spending some time in Utah, Carson and I continued up to Montana for the remainder of our summer trip. While there I was honored to shoot my high school BFF's sweet little guy Preston. He is such a good baby. He hardly ever cries and is just wide eyed and alert to the world around him. He was such a trooper letting us put him in such awkward poses and places. He actually loved laying in my old Radio Flyer wagon though. I swear he could have stayed there all day. The watermelon on the other hand was a bit more difficult to manage.

Preston's daddy is a musician.

This was tricky, but worth it.

Babies, Babies, Babies!

The last few months we've had the privilege of photographing some adorable little ones. In each case we've been invited to capture a family's precious moments. Perhaps the best thing about these sessions is getting our baby fix as ours is no longer so tiny. Thank you so much to each family for allowing us this wonderful opportunity.

Here they are one after another in all their cuteness; Our first little one is Tenley at 2 months old-but ever so cooperative! Baby #2 is Ellie a very alert 1 month old. Last is Kyndall at about 2 weeks old and also very alert!
